General Job Title: Hazard Cleaning Tech

Unit: Clandestine Meth Lab Decontamination

Department: Crisis Cleaning Corporate Office in Solsberry, Indiana

Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities: Reports directly to Site Supervisor or Project Manager. Performs directly under Site Supervisor to complete activities concerned with Site Specific Worksheet related specifically to cleaning of meth contaminated homes and death and crime scene cleanups. Attends, comprehends and demonstrates the ability to perform all work tasks and company program requirements, including pre-job briefings and post-job debriefings. Understands and follows company standard operating procedures, quality standards and evaluation. Utilizes training provided, and previous field experience to achieve job completion. Follows chain of command. Responsible for alerting Site Supervisor immediately of any on site hazard not covered on the Site Specific Worksheet briefing for current specific job. Reports immediately to Site Supervisor any defect or maintenance required on equipment, materials, or PPE. Duties also include cleaning structures and contents (residential and commercial) from fire damage, sewage backups and mold remediation.

General Job Title: Asbestos Supervisor

BRIEF DESCRIPTION Responsibilities include but not limited to: Asbestos Abatement, Mold Remediation, Lead Renovation, and Meth Lab Clean up. Following all state and local regulations and procedures, monitoring work of any temporary labor or fellow Environmental Technicians.


* Supervision of temporary labor at job sites and at shop

* Supervise monitoring progress of projects

* Supervise temporary labor sources

* Complete order forms for materials and equipment needed for specific projects

* Ensure all demolition job sites are clean, complete and ready for rebuild

* Participate in Safety Toolbox talks and ensure compliance with all Crisis Cleaning safety policies

* Adhere with all State, Local, OSHA and Environmental regulations

* Assist as needed with any Mitigation emergencies

* Ensure project work meets the highest standards of workmanship based on industry and Crisis Cleaning standards

* Adhere to all company Best Practices

* Provide the highest level of customer service at all times

* All other duties or projects as assigned

Office/Shop Management

* Maintain commonly used materials inventory.

* Tracking and inventorying equipment

* Tag and communicate any equipment needing service

* Complete monthly Game Plan self-assessment

* Ensure your appropriate certifications are kept updated

* Ensure equipment is in working condition and ready for deployment

* Ensure vehicles are clean, stocked and “Battle Ready” at the end of every shift


* Indiana State Asbestos Project Supervisor License, required or willing to obtain training

* Asbestos minimum 40-hour worker certificate or willing to obtain training

* 1-2 years’ asbestos abatement experience

* Candidate must pass a drug screening and criminal background check

* 40-hour hazwopper training or willing to obtain that training.

* Must be able to travel on occasions throught out Indiana, southern Michigan, eastern Illinois and western Ohio. (NO OVERNIGHTS ON WEEKENDS)

* Ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal and external, throughout the project process

RESPONSIBILITIES: Crisis Cleaning is seeking an Asbestos Building Inspector with assessment and remediation experience to join our growing team. The Asbestos Building Inspector will work on a variety of projects including environmental site

[asbestos-containing materials, lead-based paint and mold surveys and remediation, meth home inspections], You will conduct field studies, prepare reports, interface with clients and handle related office duties. You will also be involved with project management, client maintenance and inspector reports, proposals and sales presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS: · 3 to 5 years’ related project management experience in Asbestos and environmental inspections, a working knowledge of regulations; specifically, NESHAP, IICRC Mold Remediation, IDEM Illegal Drug Cleanup Regulations. · This inspector position requires a positive, proactive attitude and an ability to communicate effectively with clients, regulators, and staff. · Knowledge of State and local environmental regulations required. · Asbestos inspector and/or licensed air sampling professional certifications desired. · Asbestos Project Supervisor and 40-hour Hazwoper certifications desired. · Strong technical skills in assessment and remediation for commercial, industrial and residential are preferred for effective collaboration with our extensive technical network. · Solid written and oral communication skills. · Interest in marketing and business development.

Crisis Cleaning does not supply vehicles for inspectors; therefore, you must be able to provide a vehicle suitable for use on construction sites. We will compensate you at $0.54/mile for use of your own vehicle for work related activities. Driver’s license verification required; must have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Crisis Cleaning driving policy.
