Northeastern Indiana police are investigating the discovery of 10 so-called “one-pot” methamphetamine labs along a Fort Wayne walking trail.

A man biking Tuesday afternoon along the Towpath Trail found the 10 one-liter plastic bottles and noticed they were taut with pressure and sealed with electrical tape. He alerted police after realizing the bottles were the portable “one-pot” meth labs many meth users have begun using.

The Journal Gazette reports ( police confirmed that the bottles contained leftovers from meth production.

Fort Wayne police spokeswoman Officer Raquel Foster says officers cleaned up the potentially hazardous waste and hauled it away. She says it’s not uncommon for bottles of meth waste to be found along the trail as well as in alleys and trash bins.
